Getzner Textil AG uses large screens in its weaving mills in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland to display relevant information for employees clearly and in real-time.

The screen content is prepared by LOOMDATA MES as HTML, so it can be displayed by any browser or device.

The reports can be easily adapted to customer-specific or area-specific needs and can include colored markings, various font colors, and font sizes. Different reports can be arranged next to or below each other in a browser window or alternately displayed in the same window.

Since 1818, Getzner Textil has been known for internationally demanded designs, innovative fabrics for the highest demands, and sustainable production, and today is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of apparel damasks, fashion fabrics, and technical textiles. At seven different locations, over 700 looms produce 77 million running meters per year.

Since 1996, Getzner Textil has been using LOOMDATA as a production, planning, and monitoring system in four of its weaving mills. In total, more than 600 weaving and weaving preparatory machines are connected to LOOMDATA. Over 40 different reports are displayed on the large screens.
